Аннотация:    На пороге XXI века в Пространстве Бытия Планеты, в результате слияния Тонкого и Плотного Миров Планетарного Космоса, начался новый этап - этап Эволюции ноосферы в Космосферу - сферу Космического Разума. Насыщение ноосферы Космической Энергией высокого качества и сознательное овладение человечеством этой энергией является основным принципом Духовной Эволюции Планеты.
