Предлагаемый вашему вниманию номер жур­нала «Уровень жизни населения регионов Рос­сии», вышедший под общей тематикой «Ноос­ферная парадигма глобального развития обще­ства», посвящён преимущественно проблемам созидания сферы разума (ноосферы), которая начинается с обретения научной мыслью гло­бального, поистине вселенского масштаба.

Вопросы ноосферизма в свете учения В.И. Вернадского рассматриваются в докладах глав­ного научного сотрудника Российского НИИ «Микроб», д.м.н. Адамова А.К., главного науч­ного сотрудника Института системного анали­за РАН, д.г.-м.н., к.х.н.
