Vocation Culture in the XXI century - noospheric sustainable development

 

Первая Межрегиональная научно-практическая конференция «Кинематограф как средство отражения экологических проблем России» в рамках III Фестиваля экологического кино «Меридиан надежды», которую мы проводим 22 апреля 2013 года, в очередную годовщину со дня рождения В.И.Ленина – гения Русского Прорыва человечества к социализму, есть хороший повод поразмышлять над призванием культуры в XXI веке.

Если глубоко вникнуть в саму логику генезиса культуры, то мы обнаружим в ней важнейшую ее функцию и миссию одновременно – обеспечивать социоприродный гомеостаз, т.е. обеспечивать гармонию социоприродных отношений, когда гармония бытия человека в социальном пространстве и гармония Природы образуют Великий Синтез – Социо-Природную Гармонию, что и составляет сущность «Ноосферы Будущего», к которой устремлено человечество, ища выход в XXI веке из первой фазы Глобальной Экологической Катастрофы и соответственно – Экологического Тупика, куда завела человечество Стихийная История в рыночно-капиталистическом формате.

Призвание культуры в XXI веке – это ноосферное устойчивое развитие и России, и человечества, потому что вне ноосферной парадигмы устойчивого развития оно просто не может состояться.

При этом, под ноосферой понимается не просто «сфера разума», как многие толкуют ноосферу, а именно как новое состояние или новое качество Биосферы, в котором совокупный интеллект человечества или совокупный Разум, начинает управлять социоприродной эволюцией, обеспечивая сохранение и развитие разнообразия Жизни на Земле – и через сохранение и развитие жизненного богатства Биосферы – сохранение и развитие социокультурного и духовного богатства человечества.

Vocation Culture in the XXI century - is noospheric sustainability and Russia, and of humanity, because the noosphere is the paradigm of sustainable development, it just can not happen.

At the same time, under the noosphere is understood not just the "sphere of reason," as many interpret the noosphere, namely, as a new state or a new quality of the biosphere in which the combined intelligence of mankind, or the cumulative mind begins to manage social and natural evolution, ensuring the preservation and promotion of the diversity of life on Earth - and through the preservation and development of the life of wealth Biosphere - the preservation and development of socio-cultural and spiritual wealth of mankind.
