Abstract:

Our country maintains diplomatic and cultural ties with states in which Judaism is the dominant or state religion. This makes Judaism an important topic in the context of international politics and cultural exchange. Also, this religion is organically woven into the spiritual space of Russia. The article presents an analysis of Judaism in the modern Russian context. In the assessment of which, as well as modern trends in the development of Judaism, religious communities, a historical approach is used. This ensures scientific relevance and a certain novelty of the study.
