Abstract:

This article implements the following tasks. An analysis of approaches to understanding universal human values, humanism, and patriotism is carried out. Their place in the activities of a police officer and their significance for society are determined. It is noted that for a law enforcement officer, universal human values are the highest value, because all the work of police officers is connected with patriotism, manifested in love for the Motherland and fatherland. In particular, it is important that when performing their daily duties, employees show humanism and fairness.
