Abstract:

Appeal to the UN, to the Governments of the countries of the world, international organizations and all citizens of our still flourishing planet Earth from the academician of the International Academy of Informatization (in General consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations) and the academician of the Russian Ecological Academy, Professor, Doctor of Philosophy Demidenko Eduard Semenovich Scientific status: Recognized by the Russian Academy of Sciences as the author of the concept of socio-technogenic development of life and the world, the change in the evolution of life on Earth with its transition from biospheric-biological to socio-techno-biological, i.e. post-biospheric system of life on its biotechnological reproduction in the urban technosphere with destruction on drier soil cover. As the head of the Bryansk Scientific and Philosophical School, together with scientists, he conducts research to strengthen the socio-biospheric development of life.
