The Provisional World Parliament (UIP) is an international body that meets in accordance with Article 19 of the Constitution of the Federation of the Earth. Even before ratification, in accordance with Article 17, the Earth Constitution empowers the People of the Earth to establish an interim world government. The 15th session of the Provisional World Parliament is a historic event. The previous 14 Sessions were held in various countries from 1982 to 2015. The 15th session will bring humanity closer to global democracy, peace, justice and sustainability.
