New Delhi Declaration - December 2021 Permit Bill World Parliament - New Delhi Declaration - December 2021 "Transformed future resulting from planetary catastrophe" The world is facing a pandemic that has unnecessarily claimed the lives of millions of people across our planet. Countries are in chaos everywhere — governments are shutting down entire communities, creating tough rules to try to stop the spread, but the virus continues to mutate and the ongoing pandemic continues to spread uncontrollably and wreak havoc everywhere. The pandemic has not only pitted nations and groups against each other as they fought over supplies, test kits or vaccination formulas, it pitted people and communities against each other in countries around the world — disrupting entire economies and pushing human passions to the extreme of hatred and fear. ... This world medical emergency serves as a symbol and metaphor for our great global disorder. This exposed the fragility and dysfunction of our current global non-system.
