Ladonia is a virtual state located on the territory of the Kullaberg nature reserve in southern Sweden and declared its independence on June 2, 1996. There is a Government of Ladonia, ruled by a cabinet of ministers. The total area of the country is divided into six counties, which are administered by the County Councils. The founder of the state, Vilks,_Lars, holds the humble post of Secretary of State. Vilks,_Lars is the artist behind Nimis and Ark, founder and Secretary of State of Ladonia. He is also the chief editor of the Ladonia Herald newspaper.
