Abstract:

The conference was held as one of the events (site No. 2) under the program of the opening of the All-Russian Congress of People´s Delegates "Development of Russia on the basis of realizing the potential of each person in creative work", which was organized by the All-Russian Association of Trade Unions "Unity".
