Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich! We are contacting you in connection with the problems facing Russia in choosing a development strategy in the 21st century, including the problem of the survival of mankind on Earth. In recent days, statements by high-level representatives of the executive and legislative branches of power that “in connection with the coronavirus pandemic and the regime of self-isolation,“ successful experience ”of transferring education in schools and universities of Russia to a distance form of it have appeared in the media and social networks of the Internet. functioning, based on the use of information and computer technologies (ICT), called “digital technologies”, should become the “standard” of the future education system in Russia. In our opinion, this approach is unscientific, contrary to the laws of the development of the human psyche, its spiritual and social nature. And therefore, it carries the danger of the digital form of human dehumanization, a sharp drop in the quality of the aggregate intelligence of Russian society and, accordingly, a drop in the quality of Russia´s human resources. To this it is worth adding that the total digitalization of education, which they want to legislate, has already provoked a protest among the scientific and pedagogical community and parents.
