Abstract:

Our practical proposal to the Club of Rome: to consider the NOOSPHERIC ETHICAL-ECOLOGICAL CONSTITUTION of HUMANITY (Noo-Constitution) and give our assessments and recommendations for working out the articles of the document in the selected model territory, with the subsequent dissemination of experience in all countries.
