Abstract:

The global economic system has entered a steep peak: it is not even an aggravated regime when multinational banks and corporations, driven by a desire to write off or minimize their obligations, provoke financial vortices on a planetary scale. This is real chaos, in which the global hybrid war, as a continuation of the useless and defamatory hegemonic policy, is waged by prohibited means, drawing into the destructive funnel all the supporting structures of the "old" world - humanism and humanity, international law, institutions of joint response to common threats, the very foundations nation states. The world economy, like a kite in the midst of a hurricane, collapses under the influence of a new means of mass destruction and cognitive suppression - a biological weapon tried and tested with someone else’s “light hand”.
