Abstract:

In relations at all levels of government, a congruent psychology is laid with the principle of equivalence of the choice of the path of becoming possible. The new concept of equality, congruent equality, is replacing the equality of the utopian socialists of past centuries. The definition of a young ethnic group that will be leading in the 21st century is given. It is believed that the basis of the new ethnos is the People who are able to study the Bible in their native language. The author bases his conclusions on the experience of introspection, using the Internet, being a blogger of the proza.ru portals, poems.ru, theologian.ru, pravmir.ru, Yandex.ru, mail.ru and social networks.
