Abstract:

St. Petersburg Public Research Organization “Noosphere Public Academy of Sciences” (hereinafter referred to as the “Academy”) was registered on November 3, 2009 in the Ministry of Justice with state registration number 1097800006545. The Academy is a public academy of sciences based on the voluntary membership of researchers united with the goal of a noosphere-oriented synthesis of all sciences in the 21st century.
