Abstract:

I appeal to some of the provisions of Vlail Petrovich Kaznacheyev´s creativity in connection with the expected 95th anniversary of this year. I undertake this work, recalling his exacting view of everything that happened in Russia, in science, in education and enlightenment, in its socio-economic space, in the ecology of its nature.
