Abstract:

• the 85th anniversary of the first Soviet cosmonaut and first man on Earth, who flew over our planet, Yury Alekseevich Gagarin (which will take place on March 9, 2019) on a spacecraft; • the 150th anniversary of the discovery by an eminent Russian scientist of the world scale, Dmitry Ivanovich Mendeleev, of the “periodic law” in the form of a periodic table of chemical elements (the UN General Assembly declared the 2019th year “International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements”); • the 185th anniversary of the birth of Dmitri Ivanovich Mendeleev on February 7, 2019;
