Abstract:

Observing the stars in the sky, we see not the manifestation of the destructive forces of nature, but the manifestation of the creative forces that come into the world through Time. Therefore, the time energy gives us the energy, the flow of water or even the internal heat of the Earth, through the sun or the earth. Once these sources were enough for the life of people, but now they are far from enough to provide not only growth, but also the level of modern civilization. Therefore, in order to pave the way for another progress based on the vital forces of nature, one cannot limit oneself to their spontaneous manifestation, but one must learn to create the conditions themselves that cause their action. Now we know that such an opportunity will open up before us if we seize the active properties of Time.
