The definition of "Noosphere" is given by many, formulating the verbal shell of this civilization category of humanity on the basis of their personal baggage, the available scientific background. Meanwhile, in our opinion, when defining the category “noosphere”, it is important not the verbal definition, but the selection of the system-forming properties of the components of the category “noosphere” and their energetic qualities, (ideally, if they exist and are measurable).
