Abstract:

In his work "Cosmology of the Spirit" [2] Ilyenkov gave a clear answer to the question of the meaning and purpose of the existence in the universe of intelligent beings. According to Ilyenkov´s hypothesis, they are destined to resist the entropy in the Universe by mother nature and, by sacrificing themselves, to bring the dying worlds back to the original, "fire-like" state. The death of the thinking spirit becomes a creative act of the birth of a new universe and in it - other intelligent beings.
