Abstract:

The main points of the agenda of the jubilee session of the club of Rome and the foundations that underpin a new Outlook and a new science, recommended by the session participants – a hundred of the most eminent scientists of our time for implementation. A seemingly progressive agenda is proving to be far from perfect, and it does not give a clear perspective of the management of the development of humanity and release it from the crisis. The idea out of the crisis is in Russia, but the club of Rome ignores the Russian-speaking authors. The article provides a recommendation out of the crisis.
