Abstract:

The creation of the Russian Space Society is a natural logical step in the development of modern Russia - a step due to both the noospheric and cosmic breakthrough, which expresses the emergence of the space age of Mankind, and the fact that Russia in the face of the USSR in the middle of the twentieth century became the world´s first space power of Mankind .
