Abstract:

As noted in the draft, for the first fiscal year after the adoption of the law, 20 percent of federal budget revenues received from mining should be distributed among certain categories of the population. In each next year, the distribution of money increases by two percent.  The document falls on Russians who have officially worked for at least nine months in this fiscal year, or have been registered with the employment service and have not received unemployment benefits at the time. In addition, pensioners with at least five years of seniority can count on a part of the revenues of the treasury. The authors of the draft law estimated that in 2018, in case of approval of the document, one person will be able to receive about 10 thousand rubles.
