Abstract:

Abstract. Discloses the technology of formation of cosmic dust, asteroids and comets, planetary bodies in the vicinity of the star, forming a thin planetary disk, as means for forming an electromagnetic beam scanning space in the electromagnetic interaction of stars with the formation of stellar systems in the Galaxy.
