Резюме:

The article gives an overview of the known phenomena so-called " without-power" interactions of different objects, so examples of its practical use. Discussed are attempts to construct models for the functioning and development of theoretical foundations of information interactions based on the "entropy" approach, and also using the concept of torsion fields. The basic concepts for the development of theoretical foundations of a new scientific direction are analyzed, the main one of which is the conceptual category "Information". It was suggested in the development of the "Physics of Information Interactions" to be guided by the conceptual categories of the new scientific paradigm set out in the main provisions of "Cosmological Physics".
