Abstract:

The noospheric ethical-ecological Constitution of mankind is a simantic form that orientates the sustainable existence of human civilization, the content of which can be a multicolor palette of options for noncapitalist social management. For example, noospheric socialism, cooperative socialism, international cooperation. In the combination of the noospheric form and the non-capitalist content, in the author´s opinion, the methodology of stability of the new mode of production is based - the basic basis of the new stability of the new social formation.
