Abstract:

The report reflects the theoretical development of the author, presented in a series of works on no-osfernom socialism and communism - noospherism, including in the author´s work, published in 2016 - "The Word of Lenin. Socialism of the 21st century and the supra-economic supreme goal of the development of Russia and of mankind ".
