"Everything on earth pulsates in the rhythm of the Sun." So, in the most general terms, one can formulate the law of A.L. Chizhevsky (1897-1964), a brilliant Russian thinker, "Leonardo da Vinci of the twentieth century," who devoted his life to studying the influence of the activity of the Sun on everything earthly. Persecuted in life, the scientist managed to prove that any event on Earth, whether volcanic eruptions or revolutions, epidemics or harvests, suicide waves or wave of rallies, is associated with an eleven-year cycle of solar activity.
