Abstract:

The modern humanity lives in conditions of lack of their development, and in the absence of ideas, and understanding of its purpose, both on the Ground and in space. At the same time Light-magnetobiological rhythms – SVETOMBR that exist in the Universe, the Universe demonstrate purpose – rhythmically to form, organize and develop a living process.
