Abstract:

The following are the main provisions of the author´s metatheoretical Noosferizma system and summarizes the theoretical and methodological and scientific and practical results of the 48-year cycle of research of the author, represented by more than 1,300 scientific papers, including more than 350, and scientific monographs, books and pamphlets.
