Abstract:

At the Ecological doctrine "Noosphere" (the Doctrine) in the form of a Draft "Noosphere" (the Project) identified the strategic goal of Civilization – the reconstruction of Man-Stazsimb (stationary patterns) with environmental-oriented worldview.
