Abstract:

Federal Committee on combating corruption in the higher echelons of power. It created in 2002 by deputies of the State Duma of Russia. It was headed by well-known in Russia and abroad, human rights activist and staunch fighter against corruption, MP, a member of the Security Committee of Russian State Duma Viktor Cherepkov.
