Резюме:

Actuality of the theme is necessity of liquidation of the continuing destructive social processes in the former USSR and overcoming of the growing crisis in the international community, followed by access to the path of sustainable development. Considered the experience of social designing for a long time, analyzed the available failures, proposed a methodology of social designing, that meets modern requirements of scientific and publicity. The proposals elaborated in the annex to Ukraine, but taking into account the effects of globalization on the basis of universal values, it can be used in the proposed social designing in any country.
