Abstract:

Kapitsa made a very profound scientific discoveries. Its essence is in the interaction of space and time, but not in the hypothetical (to mankind) Einstein situations, but in reality. In other words, the "speed" of history, that is, the internal structure of the time humanity is rapidly slowing down and may stay in the so-called "event horizon."
