Abstract:

The aggression against sovereign Yugoslavia - founder member of the UN and the Helsinki Final Act, made under false pretenses, completed an entire era in international relations of the twentieth century. Beginning of the stage there is a new division of the world. It is carried out, as well as "in the days of tyranny," direct military force, but under the veil of pseudo-humanitarian phraseology and universalist ideology.
