Abstract:

Organizational structuring, "according to the criteria of the energy age" (the energy potential of the person) can enable any society to achieve inner harmony, orderliness, and, accordingly, - handling. These criteria lead to the conclusion of the Energy aged man (building up a level of consciousness).
