Abstract:

nature of the relationship of local civilizations, nations and states in the XXI century is determined by their ability to force a way to influence politics, values and interests of other local civilizations, nations and states. Accordingly II scenarios of local civilizations are under the determining influence of these and, as a consequence, the development of international climate scenarios (DoD), military and political situation (VPO) and the strategic situation (CO), and the nature of future wars and international conflicts.
