"The labour of man and his relation to energy distribution" is the most important piece undeservedly forgotten, or rather, for a long time deliberately suppressed domestic thinker S. A. Podolynsky (1850-1891) - economist-a naturalist, fearless "scientific innovator", an ideological predecessor Century I. Vernadsky. Monograph, first published in 1880 in the journal "Word", pointed to the failure of the second law of thermodynamics; laid the foundations for a new, completely original theory of labour as an economic and moral category, considered from the perspective of natural science; includes analysis of the relationship process of work with the development of society and scientific definition of the concept of "work". Ideas Podolynsky received confirmation and further development of the doctrine about the noosphere.
