AS PRINCIPLE OF THE SPIRITUAL- ECOLOGICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

The aim of the article was nominated assumptions about the presence of the energy component of the continuity of the spiritual-ecological education and human development in the context of the noospheric philosophy. The author puts forward a task of philosophical and pedagogical comprehension «energy hypotheses» the formation of the noosphere and opportunities of the spiritual-ecological education in this process. Based on the concept of synergy, the author proves the noosynergy as a mechanism of forming consortia of the noosphere. Making conclusion about the key role of quality (adoption of the noosphere - cosmism values and ideals) and energy efficiency («the will to love») included in consortia creative personality, the author defines the purpose of the spiritual-ecological education and development - encourage persons with the necessary «energy charge». In achieving the goal of a model of the spiritual-ecological development of pupils, including blocks aspiration to attain self and nature of the spiritually oriented practice in natural conditions - experience of unity of nature and its transformation in the begetter of the noosphere, the «poet» of his life which interaction is through the emergence of constructive energy effects (strengthening the energies of love and joy). Based on the analysis of practical implementation of the model were established and formulated the principle of noosinergy spiritually-ecological education
