Abstract:

The era of the Great Fracture evolution - this is both a period of the collapse of the market, capitalism and liberalism. It´s time to end the liberal-market experiment with education in Russia. Education - is a public good, in the XXI century - is the main mechanism for the spiritual and material reproduction.
