Резюме:

The scientific monograph by A.I.Subetto reflects the results of his research in the field of quality management methodology for more than 40 years. The principles of the theory of social management of quality are revealed in the context of the noosphere-social paradigm, because, according to the author, the noosphere sociality of management or management as management in a market environment, under the conditions of the first phase of the Global Ecological Catastrophe and the existing survival imperative, as an imperative of transition to managed social-natural evolution, becomes the leading property of managing any organizational systems. The monograph can be used as a textbook for the relevant management courses in one or another setting in the higher education system.
