Резюме:

By creating academic Modesto Vazquez Ceara new model university in Oaxaca (Mexico), analyzes the applicability of this model for the development of education in Russia (and not just the federal system of public universities). Undoubtedly, in Mexico, and Russia has its own characteristics that affect the level and quality of interaction between government, business and education. But we are convinced that the current crisis our country (and Russia, and Mexico) have come up with a new modern economies, which can only provide updated education, science, technology and innovation. If we want to preserve their country, we must above all keep our scientifi c and educational potential. There is no other. Therefore, the purpose of this book – not only search for solutions based on the experience of other countries, but also attempt to start a discussion about the future of higher education in Russia.
