Резюме:

Substitution of concepts private as parts of the general, and personal, individual - as analog and the successor private - leads to injust, individual possession of a part of public property. The appeal to history of formation of institute of a property, no less than identification of its essence in a context of a various paradigmalny approach, in many respects allows to present in absolutely other light «vision of essence of life» in global public, social and economic space.
