Резюме:

The search for the optimal ratio of factors for the sustainable development of Russian society is based on the analysis of the essence of the actual civil society, its signs and properties, identifying the objective conditions for ensuring its stability and stability. Institutional analysis of the present allows us to conclude that human rights have not lost their relevance at the present time, and the main defenders of workers are trade unions (trade unions) of a qualitatively new level.
