Our Program is an action plan for the prosperity of People and the Earth. The program is also aimed at strengthening universal peace in conditions of greater freedom. In the person of the Fund for Social and Economic Development of Regions "Treasury of the Creator of RA" (hereinafter referred to as "Treasury of the Creator of RA", "Fund"), we recognize that the eradication of poverty in all its forms and manifestations, including extreme poverty, is an essential World task and one of the necessary conditions of sustainable development. Our program will be implemented by all countries and all interested parties acting in a joint partnership. We are determined to save Mankind from the tyranny of poverty and need and to heal and secure our Earth. We are determined to take the bold reform steps that are urgently needed to bring the World onto the path of sustainable and resilient development. Going on this joint path, we promise that no one will be forgotten! The Sustainable Development Goals and the goals that we announce today testify to the breadth and ambitiousness of our Program. They provide for the continuation of the work begun during the period of the implementation of the development goals of those goals that could not be achieved. They provide for the realization of human rights for all, ensuring equality and empowerment. They are complex and indivisible and provide a balance of all three components of sustainable development: economic, social and environmental. The Foundation stands for an international order based on respect and fair application of international law in relation to each Person, as an invariable paradigm of peaceful existence and universal justice.
