Annotation: The main trends, the foundations and the logic of the noosphere-geopolitical transformation of the world, which covers the entire XXI century, are revealed. It is shown that the existing approaches to geopolitical forecasts in the USA, China, Western Europe and Russia are of a short-term nature and, as a rule, do not notice the Big Logic of the Social-Natural Evolution and the coming Epoch of Noospheric Geopolitics entering into "their rights".
