Резюме:

The report, which is presented in this work, is intended to discuss the problems and place of the North in the sustainable development of the Earth, humanity and Russia, the basics of the development strategy of the Arctic economy. Russia´s role in this issue is exceptional. Since the time of Lomonosov, Russian science has always kept in its attention the problems of the North and Siberia of Russia.

Keywords: Synthesis of scientific knowledge about the North, i.e. about the Arctic, is the most important component of the created theoretical system of Noosphere.
