If we want to save Nature, then we must give it the rights inherent in the right subject. The existing Law on the Environment is a collection of wishes due to the lack of a main position in it - the subjectivity and status of natural phenomena. The most humiliating definition of "the environment" does not give any prospects for finding Nature and Biosubjects its rights. This means this Law is an unnecessary formality. The ideology of protection should be translated into the ideology of the subjectivity of Nature. She will protect herself. The need for the Noosphere Code is determined by the decadent shamelessness and servility of the current "Law" and by the fact that it has no scientific and theoretical basis, starting with a simple aporia: how can nature be a medium if a person is part of it, that is, a person is also an "environment"? If the environment - then where does a person have a subjectivity in relation to Nature? The noospheric doctrine provides a scientific justification for the subjectivity of nature and its requirements, which makes the Noosphere Code possible, and therefore necessary.
