Abstract:

The article provides assessment of the impact on the level and quality of life of the population of socio-economic transformations of 1991-2010. Reviewed by changes in employment and the distribution of workers and households of wage income, consumption per capita used monetary income and housing security, as well as trends of demographic development, health and education of society.
